The following rules replace the ERL Rules in specific cases.
Eligibility Requirements
Rules 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.9 do not apply to Non-ERL Teams.

Team Rosters
Non-ERL Teams are required to have at least 5 and up to 10 players and up to 4 coaches on their roster.
The PRM-Pokal is split into 3 sections regarding roster submissions:
- For Round 1 teams must submit a roster by March 28th, 2025.
- For Round 2 teams must submit a roster by April 25th, 2025.
- For Round 3, 4 and 5 teams must submit a roster by July 6th, 2025.
The rosters may change between those sections.
A player may only play for one team within each section. Specifically, if an ERL Team has players on their lineup, who are also playing for their academy team, those players cannot play for the main team in this section.
ERL Teams do not need to submit their roster and may only use players, who are listed for them in the Global Contract Database.

Competition Information
The PRM-Pokal is played in one Single Elimination Bracket of 32 Teams. The first 4 rounds are played as Best-of-Three (Bo3) Matches, while the Final is played as a Best-of-Five (Bo5) Match.
The 5 rounds are scheduled as follows:

ERL Teams are seeded teams, any other team is unseeded. There will be a separate draw of the matches for each section. For Round 1 and 2, each seeded team will play an unseeded team as long as it's possible. In case an unseeded team plays a seeded team, the unseeded team will have Side Selection in Game 1 of the series. If two seeded or unseeded teams play each other, the first team mentioned in the official schedule has Side Selection for Game 1 within the series. For any following game within a series, the loser of the previous game has Side Selection.

Sponsorship restriction from rule 7.1 do not apply for Non-ERL Teams.
The PRM-Pokal has a total prize money of 5.000€ and the following prize money distribution:

Match Process
All Matches will be played on the Tournament Realm. The exact clients and patches are defined in the official schedule.
In reference to ERL Rule 9.6.4 League Officials may issue the following sanctions at their sole discretion
if a team is not ready:
- 1 minute after official match time: Loss of the second ban in the second ban rotation (5th ban
overall) - 6 minutes after official match time: Loss of the first ban in the second ban rotation (4th ban
overall) - 15 minutes after official match time: Forfeit of the first game
- 30 minutes after official match time: Forfeit of the full match
In the case of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical or technical emergency, these deadlines
may be extended at the sole discretion of the League Officials.
During a game each participating player must be present in the voice channel of the official Discord server, provided by the TO.

Chronobreak may not be eligible throughout the whole tournament.
Clothing & Apparel

ERL Streaming Regulations
All players are allowed to stream their POV with at least 5 minutes delay.
Each team may stream their own game using the cleanfeed provided by the TO.
Additional Co-Streams are generally allowed but need to be approved on a case-to-case basis by the TO.
Third Party Event Participation and Organisation
Does not apply for non ERL-Teams.
