- 30 teams from 5th league - 2nd place
- 9 Teams from starter league - 13-16 points
- Teams cannot play each other twice.
- Teams from the same organisation can meet each other.

The league 4-5 playoffs are played in a double elimination system. This means that a team is eliminated after 2 defeats. Eliminated teams reach the next lower league.
