The bottom 8 teams in the 3rd division and the best 24 teams in the 4th division reach the division 3-4 playoffs.
- 4 teams from 3rd league - 7th place
- 4 teams from 3rd league - 8th place
- 12 teams from 4th league - 1st place
- 12 teams from 4th league - 2nd place
- Teams cannot play each other twice.
- Teams from the same organisation can meet each other.

Matches can be postponed as long as both teams agree, the following matches are not affected and the administration is informed early via
Support-Ticket. All matches must be played by 14.12.
The league 3-4 playoffs are played in a double elimination system. This means that a team is eliminated after 2 defeats. Eliminated teams reach the next lower league.
All teams that win the final rounds (UB Final & LB Final) reach the next higher league.
