Conditions of Participation
Any natural person who has a legal League of Legends account on EU West and is at least 18 years of age is entitled to participate in the event and is hereinafter referred to as a ‘participant’ if he/she plays with the League of Legends account registered at the start.
By participating in the Challenge, the Participants confirm the conditions of participation.
Each natural person authorised by Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH to administer the Challenge based on its rules and regulations is hereinafter referred to as an ‘Admin’. The entirety of all admins is referred to as "Administration".
The Administration reserves the right to exclude participants from the Challenge for valid reasons at its own discretion. Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:
- violations of the rules and conditions of participation
- manipulation of the technical process or execution
- attempts to cheat, manipulation of the game through software (cheating)
- insults, unfair and/or disrespectful behaviour
Any questions or complaints regarding the league must be submitted via support ticket. The administration cannot be reached by any other means and will not answer any questions.
Support tickets must be treated confidentially, the publication of support content of any kind is prohibited.
Time Period
A challenge takes place in a clearly defined period. The exact period can be found on the respective Challenge page.
Prizes
The prizes for each challenge can be found on the respective Challenge page.
People, who work for Freaks 4U Gaming, Riot Games or any of their affeliates, are excluded from winning such prizes.
Data Protection Provisions
By registering for a challenge, the participants agree that their API data may be accessed and processed by Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH for the purpose of organising the challenges.
A new registration must be made for each challenge. After registering for a challenge, all "draft pick" games are counted. A leaderboard indicating the current rank of the participant is displayed on the homepage.
By participating in a challenge, all participants agree that their summoner name, the champions they have played and the games they have played will be visible to third parties.
The use of multiple GameSports accounts is prohibited. Furthermore, the transfer of GameSports accounts as well as the associated verified League of Legends accounts and the use of such transferred accounts in the context of challenges is prohibited.
